GIVING CIRCLES

CIRCLE OF HOPE (BASIC SURVIVAL) An annual gift of $250 provides for the basic needs of children and families. CIRCLE OF SECURITY (SECURITY & SAFETY) An annual gift of $500 provides safety and security for our children. CIRCLE OF OPPORTUNITY (LOVE & BELONGING) An annual gift of $1,000 provides opportunities for children to do and experience many of the things we take for granted with our own families. CIRCLE OF ACHIEVEMENT (ESTEEM) An annual gift of $5,000 supports all that we do to build esteem and self respect as those we serve begin to achieve goals and experience success. CIRCLE OF LIFE (SELF-ACTUALIZATION) An annual gift of $10,000 supports the life of our agency.

 

 

 

 

How Can I Help Children?

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE BABY FOLD’S WORK and the support of
our donors can be best explained using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs;
basic needs must be met before higher needs can be achieved. To truly
transform lives, the Baby Fold starts by meeting basic needs
first—ensuring that individuals have food, clothing, and essentials to
make it through each day. With these needs cared for, we can then work
to truly make a difference, offering help and hope beyond basic survival
to self-sufficiency, satisfaction, and success.

It is in this same hierarchy that donors fulfill the needs of local children
and families through our Giving Circles. The generosity of community
individuals allows us to achieve life-transforming work. Gifts at all levels
of the hierarchy are appreciated and essential to continue to fold
children and families into our circle. Surrounded with support, our
children and families can survive and thrive.

 CURRENT NEED

Prevention is at the heart and soul of The Baby Fold's mission. We see first-hand the incredible damage done to children when support for parents is missing. We would give anything to roll back the clock for these children and families and provide the type of support that has proven to be so effective in preventing these tragic outcomes. Healthy Start is a great example as 95% of the participating families have NOT been indicated for child abuse or neglect.We have trained staff willing to serve these families, but we need your help to reach the more than 200 pregnant mothers who have been identified as being at risk for abuse and neglect.
