Their donated pieces make up the silent auction items available in the Enchanted Forest at the Festival of Trees. 2023 Workshops

October Workshop: Christmas Trees

Our annual workshop at Jeffrey Alans will take place Saturday, October 14. Join us to watch their staff experts demonstrate decorating a 7-ft Christmas tree. They'll share tips and tricks, and Jeffrey Alans coupons will be available. Please RSVP by October 9 so that they can plan for seating. Use the Auction Item Donor Registration Form to RSVP.

    

Donations for 2023

Thank you for your interest in donating auction items for the 2023 Festival of Trees! The deadline to submit all information described below is October 31. Policies and procedures are available to review in our Auction Item Donor Manual.

To donate wreaths, swags, centerpieces, small trees (less than 4 feet tall), fall decor, and other holiday decor:

• Step 1: Tell us about yourself and what type of item(s) you'll be designing and donating. 

• Step 2: Describe each item for our silent auction system.

• Step 3: Drop off your item(s) during set-up for the Festival of Trees. (Dates and times to come.)

To donate a 4-foot tree:

• Step 1: Tell us about yourself and what type of item(s) you'll be designing and donating.

• Step 2: Purchase a tree. Use this form to purchase through The Baby Fold. 4-foot trees cost $75.

• Step 3: Describe your tree for our silent auction system.

• Step 4: Drop off your finished tree during set-up for the Festival of Trees, or decorate onsite during Designer Day. (Dates and times to come.)

To donate a 7-foot tree:

• Step 1: Please fill out our application form. These trees are the showcase pieces of the Festival of Trees, and space is limited. 

• Step 2: Purchase a tree. Use this form to purchase through The Baby Fold. 7-foot trees cost $185.

• Step 3: Describe your tree for our silent auction system.

• Step 4: Join us for Designer Day and decorate your tree onsite during set-up for the Festival of Trees. (Dates and times to come.)

 

The deadline to submit full information (including item descriptions) is October 31. Items without complete information at that point will be held for next year's Festival of Trees. (Note: the only exception is photos. Photos of your completed items can be submitted in early November.)
