Healthy Start is a free, voluntary program for expectant parents or those with children up to 3 months old. Family support specialists meet and talk regularly with Healthy Start families, discussing parenting topics specific to the each family's needs. Our specialists assist parents in identifying their strengths and needs, establishing family goals, and connecting with community resources.
